Guitars: Taylor 514-C (cutaway). My main squeeze.

‘08 Fender “Blackie” Stratocaster. Just like Eric Clapton plays. More or less. Best guitar I’ve ever had. So far.

‘93 Gibson ES-335. Beautiful red finish, tiger-striped wood. This and Blackie are about all the guitar I need.

‘96 Fender “Texas Blues” Stratocaster, which sounded very little like the SRV guitars it’s supposed to imitate. Threw in some Kinman pickups and now the thing has guts.

     Amps: Whatever’s at the club, Otherwise . . .
‘96 Peavey Delta Blues, 60W. In this case, the equipment lives up to its name.
‘90-ish Fender Champ amp. Loudest 12 watts ever.
Picks: Don’t use ‘em. Don’t have any fingernails either, for that matter.
